Email Template: Storefront Quote Emails
Storefront Quote Emails automatically deploy to Customers who have placed an Order via Storefront once Automatic Send is enabled in Email Settings. Storefront Quote Email Templates are located in Email Settings, which can be found under the Admin panel of TapGoods PRO.
There are three types of Storefront Quote Emails that you can customize that will automatically deploy to Customers depending on the conditions of their Order.
- Quote Pending Email: This email is deployed after the customer has submitted the Quote.
- Quote Approved Email: Once a Quote has been approved, the Customer will receive this email.
- Order Declined Email: If a Quote is declined, this email is deployed to the Customer with an invitation to connect with the business for more information.
To edit the Storefront Quote Email Templates…
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the Template.
- Customize the Subject.
- Compose the email in the Note field.
- Click Save.
For these emails to deploy to Customers, Automatic Send must be enabled. Storefront Quote Emails will automatically deploy to Customers once the conditions of the Template are met.
