Email Template: Staff Reminder Emails
Staff Reminder Emails are emails sent to Staff assigned to Services on an Order. These emails must be sent manually from the Emails tab of an existing Order. It is important to note that Customers will never receive Staff Reminder emails.
**Note: Staff Reminder Emails are only for Staff assigned to a Service on an Order; Team Members on Orders will not receive Staff Reminder Emails.**
The Staff Reminder Email Template is located in Email Settings, which are found under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
Staff Reminder Emails are customizable in Email Settings, and they cannot be automated. Once you have customized the Staff Reminder Email Template, you can send the Staff Reminder Email from the Emails tab of an existing Order.
To edit the Staff Reminder Email Template, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the Template.
- Customize the Subject.
- Compose the email in the Note field.
- Click Save.
It is important to note that Staff must be added to a Service on the Order before sending a Staff Reminder Email. If there are no Staff assigned to a Service, you will not have the option to send a StaffReminderEmail in the Emails tab.
To send a Staff Reminder Email, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to an existing Order that contains Staff assigned to Services.
- Click the Emails tab.
- Under Email Type, click the dropdown arrow and select Staff Reminder Email.
- (Optional) Add a Custom Note.
- [Optional] Attach documentation.
- Click Email.
