Email Templates: Cancelled Emails
Cancelled Emails alert Customers that their Order has been cancelled. Cancelled Emails will deploy to Customers automatically once Automatic Send is enabled in Email Settings, which can be located under the Admin panel on the TapGoods PRO dashboard.

Once you have navigated to Email Settings, you can customize the Cancelled Email Template. It is important to note that this email is automatic, and Automatic Send must be enabled for the email to deploy to Customers.
To edit the Cancelled Email Template…
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the Template.
- Customize the Subject.
- Compose the email in the Note field.
- Click Save.
