Email Templates: Order Reminder Emails

The Order Reminder email template sends automated reminders to customers before their order start date. Use this to reduce no-shows, last-minute changes, and missed pickups.

How It Works
Trigger: Order Start Date
Add one or more days to send reminders before the order start date (e.g., 20, 14, 10, 7). Emails will automatically send at 6:00 AM CST on each selected day.
Setting Up Order Reminder Emails
1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Email.
2. Locate the Order Reminder section and expand it.
3. Check the Send Email box to enable the trigger.
4. In the days before field, enter one or more values separated by commas (e.g., 20,14,10,7). Each value represents a day before the order start date when an email will be sent.
5. Edit the Subject line if desired.
6. Edit the Note body content as needed.
7. Click Save.
| 💡 Tip: Stack multiple reminder days to keep your order top of mind. A 14-day reminder plus a 7-day reminder is a solid baseline. Add a 1 or 2-day trigger if you want a final confirmation nudge. |
