Email Template: Proposal Emails
Proposal emails are emails that send Order Proposals directly to the Customer. Once you are ready to send a Proposal to a Customer, you will send the Proposal directly from the Order. To streamline this process, you can customize a Proposal Email Template which can be found in Email Settings, located under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO dashboard.

Once you have navigated to Email Settings, you can customize the Proposal Email Template. It is important to note that this Template cannot be automated, so it must be sent from the Order.
To edit the Proposal Email Template, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the Template.
- Customize the Subject.
- Compose the email in the Note field.
- Click Save.
To send a Proposal Email, you must create a Proposal in the Proposal tab of an Order. After a Proposal is created, there are multiple ways to send a Proposal Email.
First, follow the steps listed below to create a Proposal.
- Navigate to the desired Order and click the Proposal tab.
- Check the boxes next to the desired content of the Proposal.
- Navigate between different pages utilizing the dropdown arrow next to Cover Page and create your desired Proposal.
- Click Create Proposal.
Once the Proposal has been created, users can send a Proposal Email from the Proposal tab or from the Emails tab of the Order.
To send a Proposal Email from the Proposal tab, click Email Proposal. This will send the default email set up in Email Settings along with the Proposal attached.
To send a Proposal Email in the Emails tab of an Order…
- Click the Emails tab.
- Under Email Type, click the dropdown arrow and select Proposal.
- Under Send To, select Customers, Team Members, or Other.
- [Optional] Add a Custom Note.
- Click Email.
**Note: Once you have created a Template, you can attach documents to ANY email**
