Email Template: Reservation Emails
Reservation emails alert customers that a Quote has been converted to a Reservation. When an Order has moved from one stage to another in the Order process, it is important to communicate with Customers regarding the status of their rental.
The Reservation Email Template is located in Email Settings, which can be found under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
Once you have navigated to Email Settings, you can customize the Reservation Email Template. This email can be automated, and will dispatch to the Customer once the Order has been converted to a Reservation.
To edit the Reservation Email Template, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the Template.
- Customize the Subject.
- Compose the email in the Note field.
- Click Save.
If you want this email to automatically deploy to Customers after an Order is Reserved, click the toggle next to Automatic Send. When this toggle is enabled, the Reservation Email will deploy to the Customer after you convert the Order to a Reservation.
