How To: Enable/Disable Credit Card Fees in Order Settings
TapGoods PRO offers you flexibility in what charges you want to apply to Customers' Orders when they rent from your business. One example of this is the Credit Card Fee, which can be enabled and automatically apply to all Orders, or disabled. In Order Settings, you can edit how the Credit Card Fee is calculated and change its Name!
Credit Card Fees are located in Order Settings, which can be found under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO menu.

Once you have navigated to Order Settings, scroll down to Credit Card Fee and click the dropdown arrow to customize this setting.
In Credit Card Fee, utilize the toggle next to Credit Card Offset Fee to enable or disable Credit Card Fees on all Orders. It is important to note that this setting will not retroactively apply to existing Orders. When Credit Card Fee is enabled, TapGoods PRO will automatically calculate this Fee into the final cost of the Order.
Credit Card Fees can be changed at any time by clicking the Pencil icon in the setting. Here, you can change the Name of the Fee and the Percentage that is charged to the Order. It is important to note that the Name of the Credit Card Fee is what your Customers will see on their final bill after paying with a Credit Card.
With Credit Card Fee enabled, the fee assigned by the TapGoods PRO user will be automatically applied to new Orders. If you do not want to apply a Credit Card Fee to an individual Order, you can disable the Credit Card Fee in the Options, Discounts, & Fees tab.
