Custom Export: Exporting Order Datails
When exporting data using Custom Export, it is important to check the boxes next to data in the order that the user wants to see it on the sheet. Custom Export is located under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO dashboard, in Reports.
Users can select the Data Shown on Report and Filter Data. In Orders, users filter the results that populate in an Export using the Filters listed below.
Contact Category
Using this filter, you can decide which types of Contacts should appear on the date. When users utilize this Filter, only Contacts associated with Categories that have been checked off will populate on the Export.

Dates
Using this Filter, users can Filter data so that only data collected for specific date ranges will be exported. Here, you will select one of the following types of dates.
- Order Start Date: Orders that start in the date range given by the user will populate in the Report.
- Order End Date: Orders that end in the date range given by the user will populate in the Report.
- Quote Date: Leads that became a Quote or orders created as a Quote in the time range given by the user will populate on the Report.
- Reservation Date: Orders that convert to a Reservation in the time range given by the user will populate on the Report.
- Closed Date: Orders that have Closed in the time range given by the user will populate on the Report.
- Check Out Date: Orders that were Checked Out in the time range given by the user will populate on the Report.
- Check In Date: Orders that were Checked In on the time range given by the user will populate on the Report.
Once you have chosen one of the options above, dates will be chosen using the Calendar feature. Each Report will populate similarly depending upon the choices that the user made when configuring the Filter.
For example, if a user sets the Dates Filter to filter for Order Start Dates between 9/3/22 and 9/8/22, only Orders that start in that time range will populate on the Report.
**Note: When filtering by Quote Date, ALL orders, regardless of status, that were created in the given time range will populate on the Report.**
Location
Using this Filter, you can export data from different locations when necessary. This Filter is useful for users who utilize Multilocation and must export data from individual Locations or multiple Locations at once.
Order Source
Using this filter, users can export data from specific order sources such as Standard, Connect, Storefront, Marketplace, and Multilocation.
It is important to note that if this filter is not enabled, data that is exported will include data from ALL Order Sources.
Order Status
Using this filter, users can export data from specific Order statuses such as Quote, Reservation, Checked-Out, Picked, Closed, Canceled, Draft, and Template.
It is important to note that if this filter is not enabled, data that is exported will include data from ALL Order Statuses.
Payment Status
Using this Filter, users can export data from orders that have a specific payment status. Users can export data from orders with None, Partial, or Full payment statuses.
It is important to note that if this filter is not enabled, data that is exported will include data from ALL Payment Statuses.
Referral Source
Using this Filter, users can export data from Orders that have been referred by specific sources. With this Filter enabled, only data from Orders with the specified Referral Sources will populate on the Report.
Team Members
Using this Filter, users can export data from orders that specific team members have worked on. This is especially useful for users who need to see data on Team Members who earn Commission.
Data Shown on Report
Data that is exported using Custom Export will display in chronological order of which the data columns were selected.
