How to: Change the Damage Waiver Fee on an Order
In the Options, Discounts & Fees tab of an Order Form, you can change the Damage Waiver Fee on individual Orders. Damage Waiver Fees are impacted by the default settings configured in Order Settings; when changing the Damage Waiver Fee on individual Orders, other Orders will not be impacted.
In the Damage Waiver Fee field of Options, Discounts & Fees, Calculate Damage Waiver Fee is automatically enabled on all orders; you can disable it to input a Fee manually.
To manually input a Damage Waiver Fee, follow the steps listed below.
- Ensure that Calculate Damage Waiver Fee automatically is disabled.
- Input the desired amount.
