Overview
The Truck Operational report gives you a full view of your delivery and pickup operations. Track route counts by crew member, see which trucks are used most, and use the heat map to identify scheduling bottlenecks or peak load windows.

Dashboard Summary Metrics
Three transport count boxes summarize activity for the selected period:
- Drop-off Count
- Pickup Count
- Custom Stop Count
Dashboard Charts
Routes by Crew Member
A bar chart showing the total number of routes completed per crew member in the selected period. Use this to evaluate workload distribution across your team.
Most Used Trucks
A bar chart showing how many times each truck appears in a routed transport during the selected period. Use this to identify over-utilized or underused vehicles.
Transport Table
A full list of all drop-offs and pickups in the selected period:
- Transport Date
- Location
- Order ID
- Transport Type — Drop-off or Pickup
- Assigned Truck
- Assigned Role
- Crew Members Assigned
Transport Heat Map
A time-block heat map shows how many drop-offs or pickups are scheduled across each time window in the selected period. Darker blocks indicate higher activity density — useful for spotting scheduling clusters or capacity constraints.

Combine the Crew Member chart and Heat Map to identify if route overload is happening at the crew level, the time-of-day level, or both.
