Overview
The Items Damage / Missing report gives you visibility into inventory that has been damaged or gone missing across your orders. Use it to track repair costs, identify high-risk contacts, and monitor trends over time.
Filters
- Date
- Location
- Inventory Type
- Order ID
- Contact Type
- Contact Name
Dashboard View
Damaged Inventory
- Damaged units currently in maintenance, ranked by quantity
- Amount spent on repairs, ranked highest to lowest
Contact Risk
- Contacts with the most damaged inventory
- Contacts with the most missing inventory
Trend Charts
- Damaged inventory by month — stacked view of units in maintenance vs. units gone missing
- Missing units by item
Table View
Click Table View in the top-right corner to see a record-level list of all maintenance entries:
- Date maintenance record was created
- Associated inventory item
- Quantity in maintenance
- Notes
- Maintenance ticket priority
- Maintenance ticket status
- Total cost of maintenance
đź’ˇ Tip: Exporting Table Data
Hover over the right edge of the table → click the three-dot menu (⋯) → select Export Data.
This downloads the table as a CSV file for use in Excel or other tools.
