Overview
The Conversion report tracks how effectively your business converts quotes into reservations. It breaks performance down by order source, contact type, and time period — giving you a clear view of where leads are converting and where they're dropping off.
Filters
- Date Range
- Location
- Path Source — Standard (TapGoods Pro), Storefront, or Reventals
- Order Status
- Order IDs
- Contact Recurrence — First-time or Repeat customer
- Contact Type — Company or Individual
- Contact Category
- Contact Name
Dashboard Summary Metrics
Five summary boxes appear at the top of the dashboard:
- Total Quotes — all quotes created in the selected period
- Total Reservations — all reservations in the selected period
- Conversion Rate — calculated from quotes to reservations
- Storefront Quote Percentage — share of leads that became quotes via Storefront
- Storefront Reservation Percentage — share of Storefront quotes that became reservations

Trend & Funnel
- Conversion Rate Over Time — line chart showing rate changes across the period
- Quotes-to-Reservation Funnel (Standard Orders) — bar chart for orders placed in TapGoods Pro
- Quotes-to-Reservation Funnel (Storefront Orders) — bar chart for orders placed via Storefront
- Quotes and Reservations by Period — stacked column chart
Comparison Views
- Path Source Conversion Comparison — Storefront vs. Standard conversion rates side by side
- Contact Type Conversion Comparison — First-time vs. Repeat customers, for both Standard and Storefront
Table View
Click Table View in the top-right corner for an order-level list. All columns and filters are sortable:
- Order ID
- Order Name
- Customer
- Company
- Quote Date
- Reservation Date
- Event Start Date
- Order Source
- Order Status
- Payment Status

Use the Contact Recurrence filter to compare how first-time vs. repeat customers convert — this is especially useful for evaluating Storefront performance.
