Refunding Orders Paid for With Credit Terms
If you need to reverse the usage of Credit Terms to pay for an Order, you can refund the balance back to the AR-Toggled Company’s Credit Limit using the Refund section of the Order’s Billing tab.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you refund an order paid with Credit Terms, no actual money is returned to the company's bank account. It's just a note made in TapGoods PRO.
To refund a Credit Term Payment, follow the steps listed below:
- In the Refund field, click the dropdown arrow next to Select Refund and click on the Credit Term Payment.
- Either use the text box to change the total amount refunded or leave it as the full amount.
- [Optional] Add Notes.
- Click Refund.
