Adding a Quote Expiration Date to Orders
On the Order Details tab of the Order Form, you can add an Expiration Date to a Quote. Once set, the Quote expires after the chosen date, preventing customers from reserving items in the order. If a Quote expires, it requires reactivation by the business owner.
This feature's functionality may vary based on your default settings in Order Settings, affecting whether adjustments need to be made to this section.
To add a Quote Expiration Date to an Order, follow the steps listed below:
- While you are editing an Order, navigate to the Quote Expiration section of the Order Details tab.
- Select Expiration Date.
- Click on the Calendar and select a date.
