Partial Users in TapGoods PRO
Each subscription to TapGoods PRO is allotted a specified number of Full Users and Partial Users. These two types of users have different permissions in TapGoods PRO.

Full Users vs Partial Users
- Full Users: Full Users have access to all areas of TapGoods PRO. However, if you wish to limit access for certain Full Users, you can achieve this by creating a new role and adjusting its permissions accordingly. You can also adjust the Permissions on other roles, but it is important to remember that you must have at least one Super Admin on your account.
- Partial Users: Partial Users have restricted access, limited to the operational aspects of TapGoods PRO. With Advanced Permissions, you have the flexibility to enable or disable specific features for these Partial Users.
Partial User View of TapGoods PRO
Partial Users are restricted to operational sections of TapGoods PRO. They can perform the following actions:
- View the To-Do’s page and Order Schedule.
- View Orders in the Quotes, Reservations, Checked-Out and Checked-In stages.
- Check-in/out Inventory on Orders using the Picklist.
- View Inventory and Internal Notes
- Request changes to the Inventory Count page
- View Operations Routing, Checking In/Checking Out, and Drop Off/Pick Up Calendar pages.
- View Contacts.
