How To: Manually Log Usage in Scheduled Maintenance for Serialized Inventory
TapGoods PRO now offers Scheduled Maintenance, which allows you to easily track the Usage of Serialized Items. In Scheduled Maintenance, you can update the Usage of Serialized Units quickly and easily.
Scheduled Maintenance can be found in the Scheduled Maintenance tab of Item Details. To update Usage on the Units of a Serialized Item, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to a Serialized Item.
- Click on the Scheduled Maintenance tab.
- In Scheduled Maintenance, click Log Usage.
- Use your Scanner to Scan OR Paste the Serial Number of the Unit you want to update.
- Update the Usage value, which can be Cumulative, Additive, or Gauge.
- Click Submit to apply the Usage value change.
Any changes made to Usages in Scheduled Maintenance will populate in the Usage History tab as a Manual Update.
