Tracking Maintenance History in Scheduled Maintenance for Serialized Inventory
TapGoods PRO now offers Scheduled Maintenance, which allows you to set up automatically recurring Maintenance Ticket Notifications and to easily track when Maintenance has occurred for your Serialized Items. If you want to track past Maintenance Tickets on Serialized Items, you can utilize the Maintenance History table in Scheduled Maintenance.
The Maintenance History table can be found in the Scheduled Maintenance tab of a Serialized Item. To navigate to the Maintenance History table, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to a Serialized Item.
- Click on the Scheduled Maintenance tab.
Once you have navigated to Scheduled Maintenance, the Usage History is in the table immediately in view upon loading the page. To view the Maintenance History table, click on Maintenance History.
In Maintenance History, you can review the Serial Number of the Unit that was in Maintenance along with the Maintenance Ticket Number and the Date Range that the Item was in maintenance.
The Maintenance History tab can be Filtered by clicking on Filter. Maintenance History can be filtered by Date.
Additionally, you can Export the information on this tab by clicking Export.
When you click on Export, an Export modal will appear and you can customize the Export. Using the Export modal, you can filter the Maintenance History on the Export. You can Filter this export by Date. When you are finished selecting Filters, click Export.
When you click Export, TapGoods PRO will export a CSV file of the information requested.
