Tracking Active Maintenance in Scheduled Maintenance
TapGoods PRO now offers Scheduled Maintenance, which allows you to easily track active Maintenance Tickets for Units of a Serialized Item. Active Maintenance Tickets are Maintenance Tickets that are currently Open. If you want to track active Maintenance Tickets on Serialized Items, you can utilize the Active Maintenance tab in Scheduled Maintenance.
Scheduled Maintenance can be found in the Scheduled Maintenance tab of Item Details. To navigate to Scheduled Maintenance, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to a Serialized Item.
- Click on the Scheduled Maintenance tab.
In Scheduled Maintenance, active Maintenance Tickets are in the Active Maintenance tab of the bottom left-hand side of the screen. When you land on the Scheduled Maintenance page, click on Maintenance History.
In Active Maintenance, you can track the Serial Number of the Unit in Maintenance, the Maintenance Ticket Number, the Date that the Unit was moved to Maintenance, and the Estimated Date of Return.
The Active Maintenance tab can be Filtered by clicking on Filter. Active Maintenance Tickets can be filtered by Date.
Additionally, you can Export the information on this tab by clicking Export.
When you click on Export, an Export modal will appear and you can customize the Export. Using the Export modal, you can filter the Maintenance Tickets on the Export. You can Filter this export by Date. When you are finished selecting Filters, click Export.
When you click Export, TapGoods PRO will export a CSV file of the information requested.
