Email Settings for Scheduled Maintenance
TapGoods PRO now offers the ability to create Scheduled Maintenance, which automates the delivery of Scheduled Maintenance Emails for Serialized Items. These emails are delivered based on the intervals or thresholds created by the TapGoods PRO user in Inventory Settings. When Scheduled Maintenance triggers are hit, TapGoods PRO can deploy notification email(s) to the users or email addresses set to receive them in Inventory Settings.
In order for Emails to deploy to the Email Addresses you set, you must perform the following actions:
- Enable notifications in Inventory Settings>Scheduled Maintenance.
- Enable Auto-Create Scheduled Maintenance on the Serialized Item.
**Note: If Auto-Create Scheduled Maintenance is not enabled, notifications to the emails set in Inventory Settings>Scheduled Maintenance cannot deploy.**
Enabling notifications for Scheduled Maintenance is done in Inventory Settings, which can be found under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO menu.
Once you are in Inventory Settings, click on the Scheduled Maintenance tab in the side menu to view Scheduled Maintenance Settings.
In the Scheduled Maintenance tab, you have several options regarding Scheduled Maintenance notifications and where they will be deployed:
- Automatically CC [Business Email] when sending emails: When enabled, your Business Email will receive all correspondence related to Scheduled Maintenance.
- Automatically CC Warehouse Managers on correspondence related to their work in TapGoods: When enabled, all Team Members designated as Warehouse Managers will receive all correspondence related to Scheduled Maintenance.
- Send Scheduled Maintenance Emails to: You can add additional emails that will receive correspondence related to Scheduled Maintenance by clicking the Add Scheduled Maintenance Email button in this section.
