[Multilocation] How To: Set Up Multilocation Autobook
If you utilize Multilocation and frequently create/receive Orders from other Locations owned by your business, you can set up Autobook for Orders that you receive from other Locations. Setting up Multilocation Autobook allows other Locations to automatically reserve Inventory from one another so long as the Order is created and starts within a specified number of days before the Order Start Date.
Setting up Multilocation Autobook is done in Multilocation Settings, which can be found under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO menu.
To set up Multilocation Autobook, follow the steps listed below.
- Click on the dropdown arrow next to Multilocation Autobook.
- In Multilocation Autobook, click on the Pencil icon.
- Enable the toggle next to Allow all locations to autobook from all inventory.
- Input a quantity of days in the text box next to days notice for autobook to be allowed.
- Click Save.
Once your Multilocation Autobook is enabled, any Orders that come into your Locations from other Locations will automatically convert to a Reservation, so long as they are within the allowed time frame designated within the setting.
