How To: Change Your Multilocation Code
If you utilize Multilocation, it is important to set your Locations apart by giving them unique Location Codes along with an easy-to-recognize color. These changes can be made in Mutilocation Settings, which is found under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO menu.
In Multilocation Settings, click on the dropdown arrow next to Location Code to make changes to it.
In the Location Code setting, you can make changes to your Unique Location Code and the Location Color! When you make changes to the Location Code, it is important to note that the code can be 3-4 characters and that the code must be unique; two Locations cannot have the same Location Code.
To edit your Location Code and Location Color, follow the steps listed below:
- Click on the Pencil icon.
- Input the new Location Code into the text box.
- To customize the Location Color, click on the Paint Bucket icon.
- Use the sliders OR paste the HEX Code into the text box to select a color.
- When you are finished making changes, click Submit.
Once you have changed the Location Code and Color, they will appear on the top left-hand side of the page where you can switch between Locations within your account.
