[Multilocation] How To: Assign Team Members to Multiple Locations
TapGoods PRO offers the ability to place Team Members in multiple Locations. This feature is especially useful for users who have Team Members that work in multiple Locations. In addition to adding Team Members to multiple Locations, you can also give the Team Member different Roles within each Location.
In order to assign a Team Member to multiple Locations, the Team Member must exist in at least one Location. This means that in order to add a Team Member to multiple Locations, you must first create the Team Member in a single Location using Team Settings.

Adding Team Members to additional Locations is done on the Multilocation Team page, which is found under the Admin tab of the TapGoods PRO menu.
To add a Team Member to an additional Location, follow the steps listed below:
- Click on the dropdown arrow next to All and select the Location you want to add the Team Member to.
- Click Assign Team Member.
- In the slide-out, click on the Team Member you want to add to the Location.
- In the Assign Team Member pop-up, click on the dropdown arrow and select a Role to assign to the Team Member.
- Click Submit.
Once you have added a Team Member to a Location, they will have access to the information available in that Location. It is important to remember that the Team Member’s Permissions in each Location are determined by the Role you assign. If a Team Member is a Super Admin in one Location, but a Warehouse Manager in another, they will have different Permissions.
