Checking Out Serialized Inventory in TapGoods PRO
When you are in the Reservation stage of an Order, it is time to check out the Items on the Order. When you have added Serialized Inventory to the Order, you can check out your Serialized Inventory using one of two methods:
- Check out Items using the Serial Number(s)
- Manually input the quantity of the Item that you are checking out
In order to check out Inventory, navigate to the Picklist tab of an Order that is in the Reservation stage of the Order Process.
Checking Out Serialized Inventory with Serial Numbers
To check out Serialized Inventory using the Serial Numbers, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to the Picklist tab of an existing Order.
- Click on the Barcode icon next to the Item you want to check out. In the pop-up, a list of all Serialized Units for the Item will populate, with the ones selected for the Order pre-selected.
- [Optional] Check the box(s) next to the Unit(s) you want to Check Out.
- [Optional] Update the Usage Data for the Unit(s).
- When you are finished, click Check Out Items.
Checking Out Serialized Inventory Manually
To check out Serialized Inventory manually, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to the Picklist tab of an existing Order.
- Click on the Barcode icon next to the Item you want to Check Out.
- Click Check Out Serialized Items without Using Serial Numbers.
- Input the quantity of the Item you want to Check Out.
- Click Check Out Items.
