How To: Filter on Order Pages
On the Orders pages, users can filter results that populate on each page. Under Orders, users can view Open, Pending, Quotes, Reservations, Checked-Out, Checked-In, Closed, and Cancelled Orders, as well as Alerts, Drafts, and Templates.
On all of these pages, users can utilize the Filter to reduce what information will populate on the page. To access the Filter on Orders pages, users must first navigate to the desired page located under Orders on the dashboard.
On each Orders page, the Filter feature functions the same. For example, to filter the results that appear on the All Orders page, click on Filter at the top of the page.
Users can Filter orders by…
- Order Dates: Selecting dates from the Calendars underneath From and To will filter the results on the page to only orders that occur on those dates.
- Delivery Dates: Selecting dates from the Calendars underneath From and To will filter the results on the page to only orders that will be delivered on those dates.
- By Customer: Inputting the name of a Customer will filter the results on the page to only orders that are for the specified Customer.
- By Company: Inputting the name of a Company will filter the results on the page to only orders that are for the specified Company.
- By Team Member: To filter the results by Team Members assigned to the order, either type the name of the Team Member into the search bar under Filter by Team Member or check the box next to Team Members and click the dropdown menu to select a Team Member from the alphabetically sorted list.
- By Picklist Status: Includes both default statuses (e.g., "Reserved") and custom statuses that you may have created. If any item within the order matches the selected picklist status, that order will be included in your search results.
- Contact Categories: To filter the orders on the page by category, check the box next to Contact Categories and click the dropdown arrow to select the Categories to filter by.
Once you are finished selecting which Filters to apply to the page, click Submit. Clicking Submit will apply all selected Filters to the page.
