Where are Credit Card Fees Located on Orders?
In TapGoods PRO, you can add Credit Card Fees to your account in Order Settings, which will charge your Customer a specified percentage any time a Credit Card is used to pay for an Order. When you create a Credit Card Fee for your account, TapGoods PRO will automatically calculate it and charge Customers when they pay for their Order. All transactions are tracked in the Billing tab of the Order.
When you take a Credit Card Payment on an Order, the Credit Card Fee will appear under the Billing information. It is important to note that this is an estimated guess, typically set around 2.9%, meant to give you a rough idea of what transaction fees might look like. However, this should not be taken as the final amount.
Actual fees are calculated after the transaction is complete, as they can vary due to factors like the type of card used, the cardholder's details, and the systems of merchant partners. For an accurate total of Fees, please check your Launchpay Backoffice.
