How To: Assign a Truck & Delivery Team Members to a Route from Order Details

Once you have created an Order that needs Delivery, you can assign Trucks to the Delivery Routes on the Order from the Order Details tab. 

To assign a Truck to an Order Route from the Order Details page, follow the steps listed below.

1. Navigate to an existing Order that needs to be delivered, and click on the Details tab.
2. In Delivery Info, click on Assign Truck, which will take you directly to the Routing Map.

3. In the Routing Map, click on the Arrow icon next to the Route you want to assign a Truck to.
4. In the slide-out, click the dropdown under Truck Assignment and select a Truck.
5. Click Add Delivery Team.
6. Check the boxes next to the Delivery Team Members you want to assign to the Order and click Submit.
7. Click the dropdown next to the Delivery Team Member and select a Role.
8. Once you are finished assigning Roles, click Submit.
