How To: Review/Make Changes to Your Subscription in TapGoods PRO
In Account Settings, the Subscription page is where users will view users current subscription to TapGoods PRO along with the Payment History on the account. Account Settings are located under Admin on the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
The landing page in Account Settings is the Subscription page, where users can easily update their Billing Cycle or their Subscription at any time. Additionally, users can Barcode Inventory, Add Another Location, or Contact Support from the Subscription Page.
Billing Cycle, Subscription, and Storefront+
On the Subscription page of Account Settings, users can view their Billing Cycle, which displays how often they will be charged for their TapGoods PRO and Storefront Subscriptions. At TapGoods, users can select one of the following Billing Cycles…
- Monthly
- Yearly
Additionally, users can update their Billing Cycle by clicking on Update Billing Cycle. After clicking Update Billing Cycle, users will be prompted to select a new Billing Cycle.
Billing Cycles can be updated at any time, but it is important to note that this will not change the overall cost of the TapGoods PRO subscription.
On this page, users can also view their Subscription Tier to TapGoods PRO along with the cost of the subscription. The Subscription Tier will be listed next to Subscription, and users can upgrade the subscription tier anytime by clicking Update Subscription.
**Note: To downgrade, users must put in a request for a lower Subscription Tier. Simply selecting the lower tier when prompted will automatically submit a Support Ticket, and a TapGoods representative will contact users.**
It is advised to speak with your assigned Relationship Manager prior to changing the Subscription Tier, as this will impact Monthly/Yearly payments to TapGoods; it is also important to speak with a representative to understand all the features that come with each Subscription Tier.
On the Subscription Page, the total amount billed per month/year is shown at the top of the page next to Product: TapGoods PRO. This number is calculated using the total cost of the user’s TapGoods PRO subscription and the Storefront package.
On the Subscription page, users can also view the Storefront package currently associated with the account. Like the Billing Cycle and Subscription, users can upgrade their Storefront package at any time from this page by clicking Upgrade Your Storefront.

Payment History
On the Subscription Page, users can review all Payments that have been made to TapGoods PRO. This section of the page displays the Date that a Payment was made and the Status of the Payment. Additionally, this page will alert users if a Payment needs action.
