Payment Notification Emails
In Order Settings, users can automate Payment Notification Emails so that Customers will be alerted that Payment is due soon. This feature saves you time by offering the option to automatically send these emails to Customers in the designated time frame. Payment Notification Emails are impacted by the Payment Reminder Email Template, which is the email that is automated once Payment Notification Emails are set up.
To enable Payment Notification Emails, navigate to Order Settings, located under the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO dashboard.

- Event Creation
- Event End
- Final Balance Due Date
To set up Payment Notification Emails, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Before and select Before or After.
- Select ONE of the options listed above.
- Check at least ONE of the boxes and input the number of days desired.
- Click Save.
Once you have set up Payment Notification Emails, emails will automatically deploy to Customers during the time frame selected.
