[Multilocation] How To: Sync Locations to Multiple QuickBooks Accounts
If you have multiple Locations that you want to connect to multiple QuickBooks accounts, TapGoods PRO offers users this feature in QuickBooks Settings. When you connect each Location to different QuickBooks accounts, you will be able to run quick syncs that will send information for each Location over to their corresponding QuickBooks account.
To navigate to QuickBooks Settings, navigate to QuickBooks located in Reports under the Admin panel of the dashboard.
Once you are on the QuickBooks page, click on Settings to navigate to QuickBooks Settings.
In QuickBooks Settings, you can customize how you would like data to sync over to QuickBooks. Once you have navigated to this page, you will be able to connect each Location to multiple QuickBooks accounts.
To sync your Locations to several QuickBooks accounts, follow the steps listed below.
- Scroll to the bottom of QuickBooks Settings and select Sync to Multiple QuickBooks Online Accounts.
- Once a list of your Locations pops up, click on Connect to QuickBooks.
- Once you have synced a QuickBooks Account to a Location, click Match Labels to customize where data pulled from TapGoods PRO will sync.
- Click the toggle to select whether Journal Entries or Invoices will sync over to QuickBooks.
- Click Submit.
Follow these steps for all Locations you would like to connect a QuickBooks account to. Once you have connected all of your Locations to corresponding QuickBooks accounts, syncs will simultaneously send all transaction information from each Location to their connected QuickBooks accounts in the form of Journal Entries OR Invoices.
