How To: Bulk Email Statements to Statements Contacts
When an AR Company pays for an Order under a Credit Term, you should seek payment via a Statement.
Statements are sent to the Company Contact to collect Payment in accordance with the Payment Terms agreed with the Company. You can find Statements under Payment Terms in the Admin panel of the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
On this page, you can apply bulk actions to Statements on the page by following the steps listed below.
- On the Statements page, check the boxes next to the Statements you would like to apply the bulk action to.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Bulk Actions.
- Select Email Statements.
- In the Email Selected Statements pop-up, click Email to send the Statement to Company Contacts.
Once your email is sent, you will receive a pop-up notifying you that the emails have successfully been sent.
It is important to note that for a Statement to be sent to a Company, a Statement Contact must be set up on the Company Details page. If there is no Contact associated with the Company, you will receive an alert stating that there is no Statement Contact associated with the Company; you will not be able to send a Statement to the Company until there is a Statement Contact on the Company.
