How To: Require a Signature on Order Disclaimers
When you add an Order Disclaimer to an Order in TapGoods PRO, you can require that the Customer sign the Order Disclaimer before the Order can be converted to a Reservation. By requiring a signature for this document, you can protect yourself and ensure that your Customer fully understands the scope of the Order and any conditions that you want them to be aware of.
To require a signature on an Order Disclaimer, follow the steps listed below.
- In an Order Form, navigate to the Options, Discounts, and Fees tab.
- In Disclaimers, check the box next to Signature Required.
Once you have enabled Signature Required for Disclaimers on an Order, your Customer must submit the signed document to you before the Order can be moved forward from a Quote to a Reservation. You can review whether the Customer has signed the Order Disclaimer at any time by reviewing the Order.
