Global Email Settings in TapGoods PRO
The Global Email Settings in TapGoods PRO are settings that will impact ALL emails sent to Customers from TapGoods PRO. These settings are located in Email Settings, which are found under the Admin panel of the system dashboard.
In Global Email Settings, users can enable/disable the following features.
- Automatically CC [Locations Email] when sending emails: Enabling this setting will automatically copy a business email on all emails from the business.
- Automatically CC Team Members on correspondence related to their work in TapGoods: Enabling this setting will automatically copy Team Members on correspondence related to Orders they are assigned to.

Show inventory photos in emails: Enabling this setting will show photos of Inventory in emails to Customers.
Additionally, users can change the following features on this page.
- Email Sending Method: In this section, users can decide which Email Address customers will receive emails from regarding their orders. It is recommended to utilize Send emails from: donotreply@tapgoods.com to avoid emails being mistaken as spam by filters. It is important to note that with this option selected, you can add a Custom Email that Customers can reply to or have replies sent to your registered email.
**Note: Emails used for Customer Replies will not automatically send replies to the email. This is simply a notation to remind the Customer not to reply to emails sent and to email a separate email address.**
- Suffix to Email Subject Lines: In this section, users can add a Suffix to all Subject Lines. The selected option from this setting will appear at the END of the Subject Line. Users can add the Order Name, Order ID, Event Dates, or the Primary Customer Name to the end of an Email Subject Line.
- Payment Notifications: With this setting, users can add Email Addresses that will receive a notification when payments are made on Orders. Users can input multiple emails separated by commas. Every Email Address inputted into this field will receive a notification when ANY payment is made to Orders. Many TapGoods users utilize this feature to add in-house or outsourced accountants.
