How To: Add Recurrences to Services on Orders
While Recurrences can be added to the platform on the Recurrences page of Services, you can also add Custom Recurrences OR existing Recurrences to Services within the Order Form. This feature is important for users who would like to adjust a Recurrence in an Order or add a Recurrence to a Service that does not usually recur. Adding or changing a Default Recurrence within an Order Form is quick and easy!
To add a Recurrence to a Service within an Order, either Create a New Order OR edit an existing Order and follow the steps listed below…
- Navigate to the Items & Staffing tab of an Order.
- Click Add Service.
- Add the Quantity of the Service(s) needed.
- Click Add Service to Order.
- In Services, hover over the desired Service and click the Pencil icon.
- Navigate to the Options tab of the Service and check the box next to Recurring.
- Select a date range that the Service will take place.
- Click the dropdown arrow to select a Recurrence; you will be able to create a Custom Recurrence OR select from the list of Recurrences already created in TapGoods PRO.
- Click Submit.
