How To: Add Time In/Out for Individual Recurring Services
Once you have added a Recurring Service to an Order, it may be necessary for you to create a Time In/Out for the Service. This is useful for Services that have specified start and end times, and this feature will help you notate within TapGoods PRO when these times are. While Services can have a Time In/Out, this time range will not impact the Time In/Out for Staff assigned to the Service.
To add a Time In/Out for Individual Services within a Recurring Service, follow the steps listed below.
- Navigate to the Services tab of an existing Order.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to the Recurring Service.
- Hover over an individual Service and click the Gear icon.
- Check the box next to Service has Time In/Out.
- Add Time In/Out.
- Click Submit.
Once you have added Time In/Out to the Service, it is important to note that this Time In/Out range will not impact the time range set for the entire Recurring Service within the Order. The Time In/Out range configured for individual Services within a Recurring Service will ONLY impact the individual Service, and will not affect the Recurring Service as a whole.
