Order Settings: Final Balance Due Date
In TapGoods PRO, users can apply a universal Final Balance Due Date to orders created in the platform and in Storefront. Utilizing this setting is important for users who would like all Orders to have a Final Balance Due Date automatically assigned.
To set a Final Balance Due Date in the platform, navigate to Order Settings, located underneath Admin on the dashboard.

On the Order Settings page, Final Balance Due Date is located near the top of the page, underneath Overbooking on Storefront. To customize this setting, click the dropdown arrow next to Final Balance Due Date.
Once you have navigated to Final Balance Due Date, click on the dropdown arrow to set a Final Balance Due Date for all Orders.
TapGoods PRO allows users to set a default Final Balance Due Date. This feature will take into account the date of the order and calculate the Final Balance Due Date according to what the business owner set in Order Settings.
This setting can also be turned off by selecting Turn Off Final Balance Due Date and clicking Save. Users who want to use this feature of TapGoods PRO can set the Final Balance Due Date for any number of days Before/After…

- Event Creation
- Event End
To set up a default Final Balance Due Date, follow the steps listed below.
- Select Event Start, Event Creation, or Event End.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Before and select Before or After.
- Input the number of days before/after the selected option.
- Click Save.
Once you have set a Final Balance Due Date, Autobill can be enabled on your Orders. Additionally, you will be able to utilize Email Templates to automate notifications for payment.
