How To: Toggle Routing On/Off in Routing Settings

In the Routing Settings of TapGoods PRO, users customize Routing. On this page, users can add/customize trucks to TapGoods PRO that will later be assigned to delivery routes, view and change the delivery team, and enable/disable Routing in TapGoods PRO. To access the Routing Settings…

  1. Navigate to Admin on the TapGoods PRO Dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to Settings.
  3. Click on Routing.

On the Routing Settings page, users can enable/disable Routing using the toggle next to Turn Routing Off. When the toggle next to Turn Routing Off is clicked, Routing will be completely removed from TapGoods PRO and users will no longer be able to access Operations>Routing. 

Note: When Turn Routing Off is enabled, users will no longer be able to assign trucks to delivery routes.

In Routing Settings, users can utilize the Trucks and Delivery Team pages to customize Routing within TapGoods PRO.
