How To: Change the Sales Tax on Individual Orders
In the Options, Discounts & Fees tab of an Order Form, you can change the Sales Tax on individual Orders. Sales Taxes are impacted by the default settings configured in Order Settings; when changing the Sales Tax on individual Orders, other Orders will not be impacted.
If there is a Sales Tax set up in Order Settings, the Sales Tax Total field will default to the percentages configured in Order Settings. However, you can manually change the Sales Tax by following the steps below.
- Under Sales Tax Total, click Manually Set Sales Tax.
- In Manually Set Sales Tax, select Manually Set Sales Tax.
- Name the Tax.
- Input the Percentage (%).
- Click Submit.
Once you have clicked Submit, the default Sales Tax will be replaced with the new Sales Tax.
