Customer Details in TapGoods PRO
Customers in TapGoods PRO are individuals uploaded to the platform that will be associated with an Order. Once a Customer has been added to the platform, you can customize an array of settings within Customer Details, which can be accessed when you click on the Customer.
To navigate to Customer Details…
- Navigate to Contacts on the TapGoods PRO dashboard.

Click on Customers.
3. Search for a Customer by Name or Phone Number.
4. Click on a Customer.
Once you have navigated to Customer Details, you can add many important pieces of information. On this page, you can add the following information:
Adding information to this page will help make creating Orders for Customers even easier and more efficient. Customer Details serves as a resource for documenting all important information and will be useful for tracking all Customers within TapGoods PRO.
