How To: Add Credit Cards to Customer Details
In Customer Details, you can add Credit Cards to Customers. Adding a Credit Card to a Customer’s documentationwill make collecting Payment quick and efficient. With a Credit Card on file, you will be able to set up Autobill for the Customer on the Order. This documentation will make creating Orders for your Customers even quicker and more efficient than ever, and will make automating business processes via Email Templates easier!
To add a Credit Card to a Customer, navigate to the Customers page, which is located under Contacts on the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
Click on the Customer to navigate to Customer Details.
Once you have navigated to Customer Details, you can add a Credit Card by following the steps listed below.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Credit Cards.
- Click Add Credit Card(s) to Customer.
- Fill out the Billing Information and the Payment Method.
- Click Save.
Once a Credit Card is on file for a Customer, you will be able to use the Credit Card for Payment on Orders that the Customer is on. It is important to note that Credit Card information will be encrypted and not visible to your business nor TapGoods PRO after it has been entered into the system.
