How To: Add Venues to Customers in TapGoods PRO
In Customer Details, you can add a Venue to a Customer. This will connect the Venue and Customer, which means that when an Order is created for one, the associated Venue(s) will be the first available to select on the Order.
To add a Venue to a Customer, navigate to the Customers page, which is located under Contacts on the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
Click on the Customer to navigate to Customer Details.
Once you are in Customer Details, you can add a Venue to the by following the steps listed below.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Venues.
- Click Add Venue(s) to Customer.
- Click on a Venue or click Add New Venue.
**Note: Clicking Add New Venue will take you to the New Venue page, where you can add a new Venue to TapGoods PRO. Once you create a new Venue, you will have to navigate back to the Customer to add the Venue to the Customer.**
Once you have added a Venue to the Customer, the Venue will automatically float to the top of the Venues you can select when you click Select a Venue during order creation.
If the Customer is associated with multiple Venues, you will receive an alert pop-up during order creation and you will pick from the list of Venues that the Customer is associated with.
