What is the Routing Calendar in TapGoods PRO?
The Routing Schedule in TapGoods PRO is a comprehensive calendar providing the user with a birds-eye view of all delivery Drop Offs/Pick Ups on any given day.
To access the Routing Calendar in TapGoods PRO, follow the steps listed below:
- Navigate to Operations on the TapGoods PRO dashboard.
- Next to Routing, click on Calendar.

- Total Revenue per Calendar Day
Note: The revenue accrued is the money accrued from the TOTAL order.
Users can filter the results that populate on the Calendar using the Filter button at the top.
The Routing Calendar can be filtered by Drop Offs, Pick Ups, Custom Stops, Services, assigned Trucks, assigned Drivers, and Order Status.
Reading the Routing Schedule
The Routing Schedule is color-coded with different symbols that indicate the status of deliveries on a given day.
Here is what each symbol on this Calendar represents:
-Unrouted Drop-Off: An orange drop off icon indicates that a Route does not have a Truck assigned.
-Unrouted Pickup: An orange pickup icon indicates that a Route does not have a Truck assigned.
-Unrouted Service: An orange Service icon indicates that a Route has not been assigned to a Service that must be delivered.
-Routed Drop-Off: A blue drop off icon indicates that a Route has a truck assigned.
-Routed Pick-Up: A blue pickup icon indicates that a Route has a truck assigned.
-Routed Service: A blue Service icon indicates that a Service that needs to be delivered has a truck assigned.
To go to a route and review what truck has been assigned to a route, click on the Drop Off/Pick Up symbols populating the schedule. Clicking on the Drop Off/Pick Up symbol will take the user to the Routing Map, where trucks assigned to routes on any given day can be reviewed.
