How do Customers Request Changes to Orders?
If you have Customers can request changes to their Orders via the Order Summary on Storefront, if you have this option enabled in My Events.
If your Customer wants to request a change to their Order, you can send them the following steps to guide them through the process:
- Log into your account.
- Hover over the dropdown menu next to your name.
- Click Manage Your Orders.
- In Quotes or Upcoming Orders, click on the Order.
- On the Order Summary page, click Request Change to Order.
- Make the desired changes.
- Click Request Edits.
Once you have requested changes, the request will be listed at the top of the Order.
