Viewing Order Notes in Picklist Manager
When using Picklist Manager, your Operations team can view Order Notes that are configured to be “Visible to Operations”.
To make these notes visible on Picklist Manager, follow the steps listed below:
- Hover over Operations, and click on Picklist Manager.
- On the Picklist Manager page, configure the settings to show the orders you want to see.
- Enable the Notes icon by clicking on it.
Once you have enabled Notes, they will appear on Picklists that belong to Orders with Order Notes that are visible to Operations.
