How To: Review All Checking In Orders in TapGoods PRO
Orders that are in the Checking In stage of the Order Process are ready for internal workers to collect Inventory for the Order. When your Orders are Checking In, each Item must be accounted for and Checked In for the Order Process to move forward.
It is important to keep track of all of your Items and when they need to be Checked In for Orders to take place efficiently. You can keep track of Items that are Checking In on specified dates by navigating to the Inventory tab of To-Do’s.
To navigate to the To-Do’s page of TapGoods PRO, click on To-Do’s on the At-A-Glance page.
**Note: Only Team Members that have been designated as a Super Admin can view the At-A-Glance page. If a Team Member with less Permissions logs into TapGoods PRO, they will land on the To-Do’s page and will not be able to view the At-A-Glance page.**
Once you have navigated to the To-Do’s page, click on the Inventory tab and then click on the Checking In side panel. In the Checking In side panel, you can review a Calendar that marks dates on which Items need to be fully Checked In. Dates on which Items must be Checked In are circled in blue on the Calendar.
Once you have navigated to a Date on which Items must be checked out for an Order, you can review the Item, Event Date, what time the Item must be IN by, Quantity, Warehouse Location, and the Order Status.
**Note: On the Checking In side panel of the Inventory tab of To-Do’s, the Order Status is whether the Order that the Item is on has Nothing Picked, is Partially Picked, or Fully Picked. To ensure that you understand what each icon means, review the key on the left side of the page.**
Additionally, you can Filter the Items that appear on the Checking In side panel of the Inventory tab by clicking Filter. Items can be filtered by Item Name, Departments, Order Status, Picked Status, Delivery Type, Delivery Time, and Delivery Trucks.
If you want to Export an Excel file of the contents on the page, click Export. In the exported file, you can review the Item Name, Order Name, Event Date, IN time, Quantity, and the Status of the Order.
Clicking on any Item on the Checking In side panel of the Inventory tab will take you to the Order that the Item belongs to, where you can Check In the Order in the Pick List tab and move it forward in the Order Process.
