How To: Review All Overbooks in TapGoods PRO
An Overbook in TapGoods PRO is a scenario in which the quantity of an Item needed for an Order [or multiple Orders] has exceeded the quantity available in your Inventory. One unique and helpful feature of TapGoods PRO is the ability to track any Overbooks within the platform on the To-Do’s page.
To review all Items that have been Overbooked, navigate to the To-Do’s page of TapGoods PRO, which can be located on the At-A-Glance page on the Dashboard of the platform.
**Note: Only Team Members that have been designated as Super Admin can view the At-A-Glance page. If a Team Member with fewer Permissions logs into TapGoods PRO, they will land on the To-Do’s page and will not be able to view the At-A-Glance page.**
Once you have navigated to the To-Do’s page, click on the Inventory tab to review the Overbooks that are currently taking place in your account. In the Overbooks side panel, you can review the Item, Quantity, Date, Order Names, and Export a list of the Overbooks populating on the page.
Additionally, you can Filter the results that populate on the Overbooks page by clicking Filter. Overbooks can be filtered by Order Dates, Item Name, Departments, Order Status, Picked Status, Delivery Type, Delivery Time, and Delivery Trucks.
To export a list of the Overbooks currently populating on the Overbooks side panel, click Export to download an Excel sheet listing each Overbook. In your Overbooks Export, you can review the Item Name, Rental, Overbooked Quantity, and the Order Date.
Once you have reviewed all of your Overbooks, clicking on one of the Overbooks will take you to the Order that the OverbookedItem is on. In the Details tab of the Order, scroll down to Items and click on the orange alert to resolve the Overbook.
