What are Autobooks in TapGoods PRO?
Autobooks in TapGoods PRO are Orders that have been Reserved by Customers in Storefront and do not require approval from your business. It is important to note that Autobook must be enabled in Order Settings for Autobooks to come through to your business from Storefront.
An Autobook will automatically come through to TapGoods PRO if all requirements have been met. Reservation. It is important to note that if you have Signature or Minimum Deposit requirements, an Order cannot be Autobooked until these requirements have been met.
When Autobook is enabled, your Customers will have the option to send in a Quote, which will come through as a Lead, or a Reservation, which will come through as an Autobook.
Once an Autobook has come through to TapGoods PRO, it will populate in Reservations and in the Autobook section of To-Do’s for your team to review.
How To: Review Autobooks in TapGoods PRO
In TapGoods PRO, Autobooks can be reviewed on the To-Do’s page, which can be navigated to from the At-A-Glance page.
**Note: Only Team Members that have been designated the appropriate permissions can view the At-A-Glance page. If a Team Member with less Permissions logs into TapGoods PRO, they will land on the To-Do’s page and will not be able to view the At-A-Glance page.**
On the To-Do’s page, you can review all Current and Past Autobooks in your TapGoods PRO portal in the Autobooks side panel. Once you have navigated to this page, utilize the Search Bar to search for Orders. On this page, you can review the Order Date, Order Name, Order ID, and the Quote Source. If an Order requires action, there will be an Orange Alert next to it.
Additionally, you can Filter the results that appear on this page by clicking on Filter. You can Filter Orders by Order Dates, Delivery Dates, Customer, Company, Team Members, and Contact Categories. Once you have selected Filters, only results that correspond with the selected Filters will appear on this page.
From this page, click on any Order to navigate to the Order’s page. Autobooks will remain in the Current section of Autobook until the dates of the Order have passed; once the Order Dates have passed, the Order will move to Past Autobooks.
