What is a Lead in TapGoods PRO?
A Lead [Pending Order] is an Order in TapGoods PRO that has come through from Storefront or a Multilocation Subrental and needs to be reviewed before it can be converted to a Quote or Reservation. Leads [Pending Orders] can also come from other Locations that have subrented Inventory from the Location you are working in. When a Lead comes through to your business, you will receive an alert on your At-A-Glance page.
Additionally, all Current and Past Leads will populate in Leads of the Orders tab of the To-Do’s page.
How To: Review Leads in TapGoods PRO
Although you will receive a notification on the At-A-Glance page when a Lead comes through to your business from Storefront or another Location, it is important to note that in order to view an in-depth overview of Leads, you must navigate to the To-Do’s page.
**Note: Only Team Members that have been designated as a Super Admin can view the At-A-Glance page. If a Team Member with less Permissions logs into TapGoods PRO, they will land on the To-Do’s page and will not be able to view the At-A-Glance page.**
On the To-Do’s page, you can review all Current and Past Leads in your TapGoods PRO portal in the Leads side panel. Once you have navigated to this page, utilize the Search Bar to search for Leads. On this page, you can review the Order Date, Order Name, Order ID, Quote Source, Email, and the Order Status. If an Order requires action, there will be an Orange Alert next to it.
Additionally, you can Filter the results that appear on this page by clicking on Filter. You can Filter Leads by Order Dates, Delivery Dates, Customer, Company, Team Members, and Contact Categories. Once you have selected Filters, only results that correspond with the selected Filters will appear on this page.
From this page, click on any Lead to navigate to the Order. Once you have navigated to a Lead, you can Approve or Decline it. Once you have changed the status of a Lead, it will move off of the Leads page permanently.
