How To: View and Approve/Decline Change Requests in TapGoods PRO
Once a Customer has submitted a Change Request, it will populate in the Change Requests side panel of the Orders tab on the To-Do’s page. To navigate to theTo-Do’s page, click on it from the At-A-Glance page.
**Note: Only Team Members that have been designated the appropriate permissions can view the At-A-Glance page. If a Team Member with less Permissions logs into TapGoods PRO, they will land on the To-Do’s page and will not be able to view the At-A-Glance page.**
On the At-A-Glance page, you will land on the Orders tab. On the Orders tab, click on the Change Requests side panel to view all Change Requests submitted by Customers.
On this page, you can review the Order Date, Quote Source, Order ID, and the Order Name. Additionally, utilize the Filter button to Filter the results that populate on this page. Change Requests can be filtered by Order Dates, Delivery Dates, Customer, Company, Team Members, and Contact Categories.
All Orders populating on this page are Orders that Customers have requested a change on; click on any Order on this page to navigate to the Order and accept or decline changes.
Once you have accepted or declined all Change Requests on an Order, it will no longer populate in the Change Requests side panel of the To-Do’s page.
