How To: Review Payments in TapGoods PRO
Payments in TapGoods PRO are tracked in the Payments tab. The Payments page is located in the Dashboard, and it can be navigated to from the At-A-Glance page for Team Members who have been granted Permission to view the At-A-Glance page.
**Note: Only Team Members that have been designated the appropriate Permissions can view the At-A-Glance page. If a Team Member with less Permissions logs into TapGoods PRO, they will land on the To-Do’s page and must navigate to Payments from there.**
In Payments, you can view the following side panels.
- Recent Payments
- Balance Remaining
- Final Balance Due
It is important to note that in order for this page to function as intended, you must have a Merchant Account set up and connected with TapGoods PRO. Merchant Accounts enable you to accept Payments in TapGoods PRO. With your Merchant Account connected to our platform, you will ensure that the Payments tab functions as intended and that your transactional information remains consistent and accurate.
