How To: Review Deliveries in TapGoods PRO
Deliveries in TapGoods PRO are Orders that will be Delivered to Customers from your business. Delivery Orders require Trucks to be assigned to each Route, and it is crucial to ensure that all Delivery Orders have Trucks assigned to Deliver your Inventory and retrieve it once the event has ended.
To review all Orders that have Delivery assigned as the Delivery Method, navigate to the To-Do’s page of TapGoods PRO, which can be navigated to from the At-A-Glance page of the platform.
**Note: Only Team Members that have been designated as Super Admin can view the At-A-Glance page. If a Team Member with fewer Permissions logs into TapGoods PRO, they will land on the To-Do’s page and will not be able to view the At-A-Glance page.**
In To-Do’s, you will land on the Orders tab, where Deliveries can be reviewed in the side panels. In the Deliveries side panel of the Orders tab, Deliveries can be reviewed by date on the Calendar. In the Deliveries side panel, click on any Dates that are circled in blue to review the Deliveries taking place on that day.
On this page, you can review the Order Name, Order ID, Order Status, Pick Up/Drop Off, and the Time that the Order must be delivered to the Customer. Utilizing the Calendar on the To-Do’s page will help you keep track of Orders that need to be Delivered to your Customers and where they are in the Order Process.
Additionally, you can Filter the results on this page by clicking Filter. You can Filter Deliveries by Customer, Company, Team Member, and Contact Categories.
Click on any Deliveries on the Order to navigate to the Order Page, where you can review the details of a Delivery. Once the Order with Delivery selected as the Delivery Method has expired or ended, it will be removed from Deliveries. It is important to keep track of your Deliveries and ensure that they do not expire to ensure that all information on this page remains current and accurate.
